BLAST is a creative programme funded by Children’s Fund Kirklees using urban style dance to link children from year 7 or 8 with children from year 6 to support the transition from junior to secondary school in a fun and interactive way. From January BLAST will be delivered in 10 Kirklees schools working towards end of term showcases in July 2007

Working in partnership with Kirklees Young Peoples Service, on programmes of dance, music and drama leading to performances and accreditation. This programme is delivered at the Brian Jackson House, Huddersfield every Friday evening 7-9pm.
